Recording information about your contact

Ariel can record a variety of types of contacts. Ariel will search for possible duplicate contacts when loading on a new contact. This is to prevent duplicate entries in your system. The layout of the data entry screens are determined by your contact type. This simplifies data entry.

Ariel will record names, dates of birth, addresses, contact details etc. Ariel allows notes to be recorded against a contact. Ariel uses both analysis codes and check-lists to analyse or categorise your contacts.

Ariel can record the relationships between different contacts. Ariel can record links to documents relating to your contact held in your document archive.

The other pages in this section show screen shots of the above functionality.
